RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Any product purchased through us can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you made your order. Please read the below steps explaining how to exercise this.
1. Email us (email@example.com) before returning the product. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email.
2. A shipped order cannot be canceled, if you don’t want your order, please refuse the delivery or return the item/items to us after you receive your order. We will process the refund after we receive the returned item/items.
3. Returned items must be in complete condition and not missing necessary parts.
4. We will not pay the return shipping costs for non-defective returns. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly.
5. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 1-2 business days as we receive your returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued within 1-2 business days as we specify to you by email. You should receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package. And refunds should appear on your original payment credit card within 15 days of your request.
If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product, please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement. We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.
